Momentum builds heavy-duty CNC turning machines: the MVL series of ram-type vertical turning lathes, with 2-axis and milling (-iM, -M) versions from 1,100 mm to 2,500 mm swing, and the MLC, MLD and MFA flatbed lathes developed with CNC Takang. The American-owned company (Momentum North America, Houston, Texas) runs product management, electrical design and PLC programming in the U.S., with VTLs assembled at its own plant in Taichung, Taiwan and flatbeds at neighbouring partner CNC Takang.
