Drake Manufacturing, established in 1972 and headquartered in Warren, Ohio, builds precision CNC thread grinders and supplies them as turn-key machines programmed for the customer's parts. Its GS range covers external (GS:TE) and internal (GS:TI) thread grinders, dual spindle grinders (GS:DS) and the GS:CG crown grinder for tapered roller bearing drums, alongside rack mills and vertical thread mills. The machines are used for ball screws and nuts, worms, taps, thread gages, rolling dies and steering components.
