The Starrag Bumotec s128 is a compact 5-axis multi-technology machining center designed for ultra-precision production of the smallest parts in the Bumotec range. Targeting micro-machining applications in watchmaking, medical micro-components, electronics, and precision instruments, the s128 delivers the Bumotec philosophy of complete part machining in a single setup scaled down to the smallest work envelope.

The s128 combines turning and milling operations with multi-axis simultaneous capability, handling bar stock for automatic production of complex small parts. Like its larger siblings, the s128 integrates a turning spindle and high-speed milling spindle in a compact configuration that eliminates secondary operations.
