Onsrud Industrial CNC Router 145G2

The Onsrud 145G2 is a heavy-duty industrial CNC router designed for continuous production machining of aluminum, composite panels, carbon fiber, and plastic components in industrial manufacturing environments. Unlike sign-focused routers, the Onsrud 145G2 is built to the specifications of aerospace subcontractors and defense manufacturers who require a machine with the rigidity, spindle power, and accuracy to machine aerospace-grade materials in high-volume production. The 60 HP (45 kW) HSD spindle and the steel and cast iron frame construction enable cutting of 25mm aerospace aluminum plate at production feeds that lighter routers cannot achieve. The automatic 10-position toolchanger allows running complex part programs with multiple tool diameters without operator intervention. The 5x10 foot table with precision T-slot and vacuum hold-down system handles both fixture-based and spoilboard-based production.
