Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Kjellberg HiFocus 360i neo that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Kjellberg HiFocus 360i neo is a 360 A plasma power source for mechanised cutting and marking, with a cutting range of 0.5 - 80 mm (0.02 - 3.1 in). It has two roles in the maker's range: a stand-alone unit for plate work, and the base power source of the HiFocus 600i neo system, where it is paired with a power module.
Piercing is where it earns its place. The piercing figure is up to 50 mm (2.0 in), against up to 40 mm on the HiFocus 280i neo, and it is the same as on the larger HiFocus 440i neo. The recommended cutting range is 0.5 - 60 mm (0.02 - 2.4 in). Up to the 80 mm limit the unit still cuts, from an edge start and outside the recommended band.
Cabinet and torch are shared with its neighbours: 1030 x 680 x 1450 mm and the PerCut 451. Weight is 517 kg (1,140 lb). The supply is 3x 400 V, 50 Hz with a 125 A slow fuse and a connected load of max. 87 kVA, so the feeder has to be sized well above that of the smaller units. The current range of 10 - 360 A is rated at a 100 % duty cycle at an ambient temperature of 40 °C.
Process options follow the upper part of the range. An underwater cutting version is available, HotWire is optional, and the series brochure describes an optional ATChanger that holds up to eight plasma torch heads for automatic changes. Marking runs at 5 - 50 A.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Piercing up to 50 mm (2.0 in), the same figure as the HiFocus 440i neo
- Recommended cutting range of 0.5 - 60 mm (0.02 - 2.4 in) within a cutting range that reaches 80 mm
- 360 A at a 100 % duty cycle, adjustable across 10 - 360 A
- Also available for underwater cutting
- Serves as the base power source of the HiFocus 600i neo system
Limitations
- Needs a 125 A slow fuse and a connected load of max. 87 kVA on 3x 400 V, 50 Hz
- The 80 mm cutting range extends well beyond the 60 mm end of the recommended range
- Weighs 517 kg, so it is placed once and not moved with the table
- HotWire and the ATChanger torch head changer are options

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Piercing is listed up to 50 mm. The cutting range is 0.5 - 80 mm (0.02 - 3.1 in) and the recommended range is 0.5 - 60 mm, so plate between the piercing figure and the 80 mm limit is cut from an edge start.
02
The HiFocus 600i neo is a system of two power sources: a HiFocus 360i neo and a power module. Kjellberg lists the 360i neo part of that system with a cutting current of 10 - 360 A and a marking current of 5 - 50 A, the same figures as the stand-alone unit.
03
The mains voltage is 3x 400 V, 50 Hz. The series brochure lists a 125 A slow fuse and a connected load of max. 87 kVA. Kjellberg notes that other voltages and frequencies are available upon request.
04
The plasma torch row lists the PerCut 451. The series brochure describes an optionally available ATChanger for PerCut torch heads; it can be fitted with up to eight plasma torch heads and exchanges them without manual intervention.
