The Jingdiao JDLVG600E_A10H is the mid-size glass and ceramic grinding machine in the JDLVG line, and the most accurate of the three by its data sheet: 0.006 / 0.006 / 0.004 mm (X/Y/Z) positioning accuracy and 0.005 / 0.005 / 0.003 mm repeatability. Travels are 600 mm (23.6 in) in X, 450 mm (17.7 in) in Y and 160 mm (6.3 in) in Z over a 640 × 590 mm (25.2 × 23.2 in) table.
What separates it from a plain panel grinder is the room under the spindle. Jingdiao says the feeding space is large enough to fit a four-axis or five-axis rotary table, and its NC rotary table is on the options list. That opens the machine to glass and ceramic parts that have to be ground on several faces. A CCD positioning system, a centrifuge separator for the coolant and on-machine measurement are also optional.
