Overview
The Jingdiao JDGR200T is a compact 5-axis high-speed machining center with a B/C table and an unusually long list of spindles: four of them, from a 32,000 rpm HSK-E32 unit for precision machining to a 20,000 rpm HSK-A50 spindle with coolant through it. Travels are 500 mm (19.7 in) in X, 280 mm (11.0 in) in Y and 300 mm (11.8 in) in Z over a table of Ø260 mm (10.2 in) rated for 50 kg (110 lb).
The proportions say what it is for. X is nearly twice Y, and the tilt axis is B. Jingdiao lists the work as precision mold parts in the electronics, medical and optical trades: milling, grinding, polishing and small hole drilling in metals and non-metals. Its example parts are bone plates, spinal implants and lamp molds, which are small, complex and finished all over.
Between the two extremes of the spindle list sits a 24,000 rpm BT30 spindle, and a plain 20,000 rpm HSK-A50 version without through coolant. Whichever is chosen, the configuration table shows a chain magazine with 37 tools, and the maker also mentions a 63-tool chain magazine. A shop therefore specifies this machine by its tooling first, since the taper decides whether the JDGR200T behaves as a micro-milling machine with MQL or as a small general 5-axis mill.
B tilts from -120° to 90° and C rotates 360°, at up to 30 / 50 rpm (B/C). Linear positioning accuracy is 0.002 / 0.002 / 0.002 mm (X/Y/Z) and rotary accuracy 8 / 8 sec (B/C). Jingdiao also says the JDGR200T can be upgraded to an automation unit with automatic loading and unloading for night shifts. The data sheet does not give one clear machine weight for this model, so ask for it with the quotation.
