Overview
The Jingdiao JDGR300 is the mid-size machine of the JDGR 5-axis range and the one with the widest spread of spindles for its size. Over an A/C table of Ø300 mm (11.8 in) it can carry the 20,000 rpm HSK-A50 spindle that the maker fits as standard, a coolant-through version of it, or a 32,000 rpm HSK-E32 spindle for precision machining. Travels are 390 mm (15.4 in) in X, 510 mm (20.1 in) in Y and 300 mm (11.8 in) in Z, and the table is rated for 100 kg (220 lb).
That spindle list is why Jingdiao files the same machine under two kinds of work. With the standard spindle, which the maker rates at 21.5Nm, it is a mold machine for hardened steels above HRC 50: large-diameter face mills on die surfaces, plus grinding, drilling, boring and tapping. With the 32,000 rpm unit it becomes a mirror-finishing machine for small tools. The magazine changes with the spindle. The small-taper spindle is paired with an umbrella magazine of 24 tools, the HSK-A50 spindles with a chain magazine of 37 tools.
A tilts from -110° to 90°, a slightly narrower negative swing than on the JDGR400T, and C rotates 360°. The rotary table is a direct drive double-axis unit and shares a refrigerator with the spindle. Rotary rapids are 30 / 50 rpm (A/C).
On the linear axes the data sheet lists 0.002 / 0.002 / 0.002 mm (X/Y/Z) positioning accuracy and 0.0018 / 0.0018 / 0.0018 mm repeatability, with rapids of 15 m/min (591 ipm). The control is the JD50 and the maker's SurfMill 8.0 CAM software is on the standard list. The machine weighs 7,400 kg (16,314 lb).

The JDGR300 tilts on A and has a Ø300 mm (11.8 in) table for 100 kg (220 lb). The JDGR200T tilts on B, has a Ø260 mm (10.2 in) table for 50 kg (110 lb) and a longer X travel of 500 mm (19.7 in). Both can be had with 32,000 rpm HSK-E32 or 20,000 rpm HSK-A50 spindles.
