Overview
The Jingdiao JDMR600 is the heavy-duty machine of the maker's 5-axis high-speed range: a moving-beam gantry over a cradle-type A/C rotary table of Ø630 mm (24.8 in) that carries 400 kg (882 lb). Linear travels are 650 mm (25.6 in) in X, 660 mm (26.0 in) in Y and 500 mm (19.7 in) in Z. Jingdiao sells it for heavy precision mold parts and for drilling, milling, boring and grinding of die castings.
The layout is the point. Because the gantry moves, the rotary table does not travel in X or Y, so the mass being accelerated does not change with the weight of the part. Both the load rating and the stiffness under indexed cuts come from the table itself: the A axis is driven from both sides, and a holding brake clamps the table during positioning work. A swings from -120° to 90° and C turns a full 360°. Heavy parts go in through a top door that opens for loading from above.
Spindle and magazine come as pairs. A 20,000 rpm HSK-A50 spindle is listed with a chain magazine of 63 tools. The two HSK-A63 spindles, one of them with coolant through the spindle, run to 15,000 rpm and are listed with 51 tools. The larger taper is the natural choice for boring bars and long-reach tools in die castings and deep cavities, and the maker points to the through-coolant version for deep holes.
The data sheet gives 0.003 / 0.003 / 0.003 mm (X/Y/Z) positioning accuracy and 8 / 8 sec (A/C) on the rotary axes. Linear rapids are 15 m/min (591 ipm) and both rotary axes reach 60 / 60 rpm (A/C).
