Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Jingdiao JDGR100 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Jingdiao JDGR100 is a small 5-axis machining center for small parts: a Ø160 mm (6.3 in) B/C table with a 15 kg (33 lb) load, 400 mm (15.7 in) of X travel and 200 mm (7.9 in) each in Y and Z. The whole machine weighs 2,740 kg (6,041 lb), light enough that Jingdiao promotes it for installation on upper floors, with a footprint it gives as 3.7㎡.
Speed on the rotary axes sets it apart from the larger JDGR machines. The data sheet lists rotary rapids of 100 / 300 rpm (B/C), where the JDGR200T is listed at 30 / 50 rpm (B/C). A C axis that fast suits small round parts that are machined all the way around, the metal jewelry and small medical parts the maker names for this model. B swings ±120°, symmetrical about vertical, and C rotates 360°.
Three spindles are listed. Two run to 32,000 rpm on HSK-E32, one of them the maker's spindle for precision machining, and each is paired with an umbrella magazine of 16 tools. The third is a 24,000 rpm BT30 spindle with 14 tools. Sixteen tools is not many for a 5-axis job, so tool lists need planning. A coolant-through spindle for deep holes is mentioned by the maker, and minimum quantity lubrication is an option for cooling very small cutters.
Jingdiao has also fitted the JDGR100 out for precious metals, where the chips are worth recovering. The work area is lined in stainless steel on a steep slope, chips wash down with an in-machine flushing device into a drawer-type collection box, and a recovery filter bag can be fitted at the outlet of the bed. Full scale closed loop control is standard, and the data sheet lists 0.002 / 0.002 / 0.002 mm (X/Y/Z) and 8 / 8 sec (B/C) positioning accuracy.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Fast rotary axes: rapids of 100 / 300 rpm (B/C)
- Compact and light at 2,740 kg (6,041 lb), promoted by the maker for upper-floor installation
- 32,000 rpm HSK-E32 spindles, including a spindle for precision machining
- Chip recovery features for precious metals: drawer-type collection box, in-machine flushing and a recovery filter bag
- Full scale closed loop control with 0.002 / 0.002 / 0.002 mm (X/Y/Z) positioning accuracy
Limitations
- Table load is 15 kg (33 lb) on a Ø160 mm (6.3 in) table
- Umbrella magazines hold only 16 tools, or 14 tools with the BT30 spindle
- Y and Z travel are 200 mm (7.9 in) each
- On-machine measurement, minimum quantity lubrication and oil mist separation are options on the data sheet

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The table is Ø160 mm (6.3 in) and the maximum load is 15 kg (33 lb). Linear travels are 400 mm (15.7 in) in X, 200 mm (7.9 in) in Y and 200 mm (7.9 in) in Z. The B axis swings ±120° and the C axis rotates 360°.
02
The configuration table lists three: a high-speed precision spindle and a spindle for precision machining, both at 32,000 rpm with HSK-E32 holders, and a high-speed precision spindle at 24,000 rpm with BT30. The HSK-E32 spindles come with an umbrella type magazine of 16 tools and the BT30 spindle with one of 14 tools.
03
Because the machine is set up to recover chips. The three axes have a high protection level so chips stay out of the machine, the processing area is lined with stainless steel sheet on a large slope, an in-machine flushing device washes chips down, a drawer-type collection box catches them, and a recovery filter bag can be installed at the liquid outlet of the bed.
04
The data sheet gives a maximum swivel rate of 100 / 300 rpm (B/C) and a maximum rotation rate in feed of 50 / 300 rpm (B/C). Rotary positioning accuracy is 8 / 8 sec (B/C) and repeatability 5 / 5 sec (B/C). Linear rapids are 15 m/min (591 ipm).
05
The data sheet lists the JD50 control, SurfMill 8.0 CAM software, full scale closed loop control, contact and laser tool calibrators and a spindle and rotary table refrigerator as standard. On-machine measurement, cutting fluid cooling, oil mist separation and minimum quantity lubrication are listed as optional.
