Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Han's Laser HBS3241 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Han's Laser HBS3241 is the largest press brake in the HBS series table. It combines the highest force, 3,200 kN, with the longest bed, 4,100 mm (161.4 in), and it is the biggest machine physically at 4,768 × 2,030 × 3,386 mm (187.7 × 79.9 × 133.3 in).
Start with the building. At 3,386 mm it is the tallest machine in the range, and plate for a brake like this arrives by crane, so hook height above the machine has to be added. The table gives no weight. For a machine of this force that is the first figure to request, along with the foundation drawing.
The working figures are those of a heavy plate brake. The ram approaches at 100 mm/s, presses at 9 mm/s and returns at 120 mm/s, the slowest return in the table. A 22 kW (29.5 hp) motor drives the hydraulics from a 200 L tank. Closed height is 605 mm (23.8 in).
Between the uprights there is 3,700 mm (145.7 in), with a throat of 410 mm (16.1 in). So a four-metre plate with a flange deeper than the throat has to be bent with care for where its ends pass the frames.
The maker names a reinforced, stress-relieved frame, mechanical crowning adjustable in both directions and the IFT CNC system.

Overall dimensions are 4,768 × 2,030 × 3,386 mm (187.7 × 79.9 × 133.3 in) as length, width and height. Allow for crane access above and for plate handling at the front; the weight has to be obtained from Han's Laser.
03
The HBS2641 is slightly quicker, at 120 mm/s fast down, 11 mm/s working and 130 mm/s return, with 2,600 kN. The HBS3241 is listed at 100 mm/s, 9 mm/s and 120 mm/s with 3,200 kN on the same bed length.
04
An IFT CNC system. Han's Laser describes a capacitive touch screen, multi-axis control capability and 3D model import programming support for the HBS series, without stating the standard axis count.
