Overview
The Citizen Miyano BNE-65ATC is a dual-spindle, multi-turret CNC turning center with automatic tool changer (ATC), the most tooling-dense BNE-65 configuration.
Main spindle: 5,000 RPM, 18.5/15 kW. Sub-spindle: 11/7.5 kW at 5,000 RPM. Three tool slides: TR1 (10 stations), TR2 (12 stations), plus ATC magazine. Live tooling at 6,000 RPM. Dual Y-axis (Y1/Y2).
The ATC provides 20-40+ tools per cycle. Rapid traverse: 20/18/12 m/min. At 9,200 kg, 2,177mm height, 46.9 kVA.
