Overview
The Citizen Miyano ABX-80THY is the most capable ABX 80mm machine: 2-spindle, 3-turret CNC automatic lathe with Y-axis on all turrets. 36 tool stations with full driven tool capability.
Three independent turrets each support 12 driven tools. Main spindle at 4,000 RPM, sub-spindle at 5,000 RPM, both 18.5/15 kW. Z-axis: Z1/Z3 at 270mm, Z2 at 550mm.
At 11,300 kg, the pinnacle of Citizen Miyano fixed-headstock production turning. Designed for automotive transmission housings, hydraulic manifold inserts, and multi-feature industrial components.
Typical applications demand the full 36-station 3-turret architecture for efficient complete-part production at high volumes.
