Overview
The Citizen Miyano ABX-51SYY2 is a compact, dual-spindle CNC turning center with dual Y-axis and 51mm bar capacity, the second-generation ABX-51SYY platform. Twin turrets provide 24 tool positions with Y-axis on both sides.
Main spindle: 5,000 RPM, 15/11 kW. Sub-spindle: 5,000 RPM, 7.5/5.5 kW. Live tools: 6,000 RPM, 40 Nm max torque. Max work length: 125mm. Rapid traverse: 16/30/12 m/min (X/Z/Y). FANUC 31i-B with 64 KB / 125 programs.
Dual Y-axis on both HD1 and HD2 for off-center features on both part ends. More compact than BNE series.
Targets precision parts in the 30-51mm range with off-center features on both ends for automotive, medical, and instrumentation.
