Fadal

Fadal is an American, family-owned builder of CNC vertical machining centers based in West Chicago, Illinois, selling through dealers in the United States and Canada. Its current lineup runs from the BT-30 VMC 2015HS through 40 and 50 taper roller way and box way VMCs up to the VMC 8032/50T, plus the VM5ax320 5-axis trunnion machine, with Fadal's own controller, which is backward compatible with the older 88HS and MP controls. The company's site dates the Fadal name to 1973; machine production stopped in 2009, resumed in 2014 under Merrill Technology Group, and Fadal was acquired in 2024 by Alwin Machinery Sales.
