Overview
The You Ji VHL1200ATC is a CNC vertical turning center with a side head: a second tool carrier mounted on the column that works on the outside of the part while the main ram works from above. The table is Ø1,250 mm (49.2 in) and the maximum turning diameter Ø1,350 mm (53.1 in).
Unlike most of You Ji's vertical lathe tables, the VHL table prints the axis travels. The main ram moves -600, +875 mm (-23.6, +34.4 in) in X1, so it crosses the table centre, and 900 mm (35.4 in) in Z1. The crossrail travels 800 mm (31.5 in) vertically.
