The Sodick ALN400G i Groove+ Edition is the compact-footprint variant of the 400mm-class lineup, offering 400 x 300 x 250 mm (15.75 x 11.81 x 9.84 in) X/Y/Z travel in a narrow-body envelope. At 3,200 kg (7,055 lb) and 2,190 x 2,425 mm footprint, it is 200 kg lighter and 165 mm shorter than the AL400G.
Four-axis linear motor drive with glass scale feedback on all axes. Zero-backlash, frictionless positioning backed by 10-year positioning accuracy guarantee.
Digital HF control with i Groove+ corner control and taper compensation. +/-25 degree taper at 130 mm. 850 x 610 mm work tank, 500 kg flushing capacity, wire 0.05-0.30 mm.
