The Mazak INTEGREX i-150S is the dual-spindle variant of the compact INTEGREX i-150, adding a sub spindle for complete done-in-one processing of small precision parts. The i-150S maintains the ultra-compact 5.8 square meter footprint while enabling part transfer and back-working operations that eliminate secondary setups.
The main turning spindle delivers 15 kW (20 hp) at 5,000 RPM through a 6-inch chuck with 65 mm (2.56 in) bar capacity. The sub spindle provides 11 kW (15 hp) at 5,000 RPM with a 5-inch chuck for finishing and back-end features. The milling spindle runs to 12,000 RPM with 11 kW (15 hp) through HSK-A63, with 20,000 RPM optional for aluminum finishing.
Axis travels span 370 mm (14.57 in) on X, 200 mm (7.87 in) on Y, and 435 mm (17.13 in) on Z. Maximum machining diameter is 340 mm (13.39 in) with maximum machining length of 385 mm (15.16 in). The B-axis provides 200 degrees (-10 to +190) with 0.0001-degree resolution.
