Mazak Dual Turn 200

The Mazak Dual Turn 200 is a symmetrical twin-spindle, twin-turret CNC turning center engineered for maximum production density. Mazak claims it takes up 30% less floor space than two equivalent 2-axis turning centers while delivering the same output, making it ideal for shops where every square foot of production floor needs to earn its keep.

The Dual Turn 200 runs two 8-inch chuck spindles with a max turning diameter of 320 mm (12.6 in) and 150 mm (5.91 in) of turning length. Bar work capacity is 65 mm (2.56 in) with bar feeder integration. Both spindles feature built-in motor design delivering 15 kW (20 hp) each at up to 5,000 RPM.
