HNK HPM-35M (35x60) — price

Price estimate: uncertain

We have no price for the HNK HPM-35M (35x60) that we can cite and no estimate we can stand behind, so this page shows no number rather than a guess. A quote from HNK or an authorised dealer is the reliable figure.

What moves the final price

  • Spindle, control and probing options
  • Tool changer capacity and tooling package
  • Automation — pallet changers, bar feeders, robot cells
  • Freight, rigging, installation and training
  • Region, dealer and time of year

Overview

The HNK HPM-35M (35x60) reaches the tallest crossrail stroke of the five-face series, 2,800 mm (110.2 in), on a table of 3,500 x 6,000 mm (137.8 x 236.2 in) rated for 50,000 kg (110,229 lb).

Those numbers put it in the class of machines that work on power-generation and heavy-plant parts. A table this broad, with 4,500 mm (177.2 in) between columns and 5,500 mm (216.5 in) of Y, takes compressor casings, hydro-turbine covers and large reducers whole. With nearly three metres of rail travel the top face of such a part and its split-line flanges low down can both be reached.

Fifty tonnes is also a foundation question. HNK publishes no machine weight or floor-loading data, and the combined mass of machine and workpiece needs to be engineered into the site well before delivery.

X travel is 6,250 mm (246.1 in). The ram is 400 x 400 mm (15.7 x 15.7 in) with 1,000 mm (39.4 in) of Z, 1,200 mm (47.2 in) in braces. Spindle and drive are the series standard: Ø130 mm (5.1 in), ISO No.50, and 22/26, 30/37 or 37/45 kW (49.6/60.3 hp), cont/30min.

Frequently Asked Questions

01 What is the crossrail travel of the HPM-35M (35x60)?

2,800 mm (110.2 in), the largest in the HPM-M series and shared with the HPM-40M. The HPM-30M has 2,500 mm (98.4 in).

02 How wide is the work zone of the HPM-35M (35x60)?

The table is 3,500 mm (137.8 in) wide, the effective distance between columns 4,500 mm (177.2 in), and the spindle head travels 5,500 mm (216.5 in) in Y.

03 What load is the HPM-35M (35x60) rated for?

50,000 kg (110,229 lb). That is twice the 25,000 kg (55,115 lb) of the HPM-30H die and mold machine and equal to the HPM-30L, the smallest of HNK's large-sized series.

04 Does the HPM-35M (35x60) have a bigger spindle than the HPM-15M?

No. Every HPM-M size lists a Ø130 mm (5.1 in) spindle with ISO No.50 taper and the same three motor ratings. What grows with size is the ram, at 400 x 400 mm here against 380 x 380 mm (15.0 x 15.0 in) on the HPM-15M.
