Overview
The Heller H 5000 is a production horizontal machining center from the German manufacturer Heller, designed for high-volume automotive and industrial component machining. Heller is one of the largest HMC manufacturers globally, with deep roots in automotive powertrain production.
The H 5000 features a 500 x 500 mm (19.7 x 19.7 in) pallet with X/Y/Z travels of 800 x 800 x 800 mm (31.5 x 31.5 x 31.5 in). The spindle runs at 12,000 rpm with 32 kW (43 hp) on HSK-A63 taper. The tool magazine holds 60 tools as standard, expandable to 240 positions.
