Overview

The Haas SR-3015P Sheet Router is the tool-changing, servo-driven machine in the 118 × 59 in (3,000 × 1,500 mm) sheet router size. It pairs a 12.1 hp (9 kW), 24,000 rpm ISO30 spindle with a 12-tool linear rack and 1,772 ipm (45 m/min) rapids on X and Y.

Next to the SR-3015, which has a 6.1 hp (4.5 kW), 18,000 rpm ER32 collet spindle and 567 ipm (14.4 m/min) rapids, the P model doubles the spindle power and roughly triples the traverse rate. Z travel grows from the SR-3015's 7.1 in (180 mm) to 9.8 in (250 mm). The extra hardware shows in the shipping weight: 4,057 lb (1,840 kg) against 2,650 lb (1,200 kg) for the SR-3015.
