Ermak Power-Bend Falcon 4100-260 — price

Price estimate: uncertain

We have no price for the Ermak Power-Bend Falcon 4100-260 that we can cite and no estimate we can stand behind, so this page shows no number rather than a guess. A quote from Ermak or an authorised dealer is the reliable figure.

What moves the final price

  • Spindle, control and probing options
  • Tool changer capacity and tooling package
  • Automation — pallet changers, bar feeders, robot cells
  • Freight, rigging, installation and training
  • Region, dealer and time of year

Overview

With the Ermak Power-Bend Falcon 4100-260 the four-metre Falcon becomes a heavy machine. It weighs 17,500 kg, has 260 Ton (287 US tons) of bending power and a bending length of 4,100 mm (161.4 in).

The 22 kW motor is the largest that Ermak pairs with the standard 275 mm stroke. Oil capacity is 300 L. Speeds settle at 140 mm/s in approach and 135 mm/s in return, either side of a 10 mm/s working stroke.

A table 200 mm wide carries the dies. For plate that means V openings can be chosen for the material and not for the machine. Height is the dimension to watch: 3,070 mm, against 2,770 mm for the Power-Bend Falcon 4100-220. Length and width are 6,150 mm and 2,400 mm.

Daylight is 550 mm and the throat 410 mm. If the parts are deep, that daylight is the limit to check first, since a large die and a tall punch already use much of it. Between the columns there are 3,600 mm.

Backgauge and supports are the series standard, 800 mm of X, 250 mm of R, 2 finger blocks and 2 sheet supports. Y1 and Y2 are synchronised by linear rulers mounted on the top beam.

Frequently Asked Questions

01 What are the key specifications of the Ermak Power-Bend Falcon 4100-260?

260 Ton, 4,100 mm bending length, 3,600 mm between columns, 275 mm stroke, 550 mm daylight, 410 mm throat, a 200 mm table and a 22 kW motor.

02 How much headroom is needed?

The machine itself is 3,070 mm high. Lifting it into place needs more, and at 17,500 kg the crane or gantry has to be rated accordingly.

03 When would the next model up be the better choice?

When the opening matters. The Power-Bend Falcon 4100-320 has a 375 mm stroke and 650 mm of daylight, with a 30 kW motor and a weight of 21,800 kg.

04 What controls the bed deflection?

A CNC-controlled motorised crowning system. Ermak says it balances deflection with the motor and gives more precise bending results; hydraulic crowning is optional.
