Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Durma AD-S 30320 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Durma AD-S 30320 is the heaviest three-metre model in the AD-S hydraulic press brake series: 320 ton over 3,050 mm (120.1 in). It is a plate machine, and it is the first size in the table built with the tall opening.
Stroke is 365 mm (14.4 in) and daylight 630 mm (24.8 in). Thick plate is bent over wide dies with tall punches, and the formed part needs space to come out. That is what the additional opening is for. The table changes too. Its narrow version is 154 mm (6.1 in) and the wide one 300 mm (11.8 in), both broader than on the AD-S 30220. Heavy die blocks sit fully supported.
Power comes from a 37 kW (49.6 hp) motor, the largest in the AD-S table, with a 250 L tank. The larger pump keeps the beam fast for its force: 160 mm/sec down, 140 mm/sec up, 10 mm/sec in the bend.
Seventeen tonnes of machine is the other side of it. Durma lists 17,100 kg (37,698 lb) and a height of 3,330 mm (131.1 in), on a frame 4,300 mm (169.3 in) long and 1,820 mm (71.7 in) wide. Foundation and headroom need planning.
Throat depth is still 450 mm (17.7 in) and the columns 2,600 mm (102.4 in) apart. Standard crowning is manual. At this force most buyers will want to look at the CNC-controlled motorized crowning option and at an oil cooler if the machine runs long shifts.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 320 ton on a 3,050 mm (120.1 in) bed
- 365 mm (14.4 in) stroke and 630 mm (24.8 in) daylight for tall tooling
- Table of 154 mm (6.1 in) narrow or 300 mm (11.8 in) wide
- 37 kW (49.6 hp) motor keeps rapid speed at 160 mm/sec
- Return speed of 140 mm/sec
Limitations
- 17,100 kg (37,698 lb) and 3,330 mm (131.1 in) high
- 37 kW (49.6 hp) of installed motor power
- Throat depth is 450 mm (17.7 in), not the 510 mm (20.1 in) of the AD-S 40400
- Manual crowning as standard on a 320 ton machine

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Force and opening. It applies 320 ton and has a 365 mm (14.4 in) stroke with 630 mm (24.8 in) of daylight. The AD-S 30220 is listed with 530 mm (20.9 in) of daylight. The table is also wider, 154 mm (6.1 in) or 300 mm (11.8 in).
02
Durma lists a motor power of 37 kW (49.6 hp) and an oil tank capacity of 250 L. That is the same motor rating as on the AD-S 40400, so the electrical supply should be sized accordingly.
03
No. Rapid speed is 160 mm/sec, working speed 10 mm/sec and return speed 140 mm/sec, figures in line with much lighter machines in the series. The 37 kW (49.6 hp) motor is what makes that possible.

Approximately 17,100 kg (37,698 lb). It measures 4,300 mm (169.3 in) in length, 1,820 mm (71.7 in) in width and 3,330 mm (131.1 in) in height, with the table at 900 mm (35.4 in).
