We do not have a price for the Arclight Dynamics Arc Pro 6000X 5x5 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Arclight Dynamics Arc Pro 6000X 5x5 is a CNC router table with a 60 x 60 in cutting envelope and 5.5 in of Z on the standard gantry, or 8.5 in with the high clearance gantry. It is the one router in a range that otherwise consists of plasma tables, and it shares their dual-drive gantry layout and Hiwin 20 mm precision linear guide rails.
The cutting tool is a 2.25 hp variable speed router that accepts 1/4 in or 1/2 in collet bits; bits are sold separately. A 620 oz motor on each side moves the aluminum extrusion gantry and a single 620 oz motor drives the X axis. Three point bearing blocks hold the gantry tight to the side rails, so cutting forces cannot lift it. Positioning accuracy is listed as 0.001 in.
The frame is a hybrid of steel and aircraft grade aluminum, and the whole table weighs 825 lb. Its base measures 73.5 x 79.5 in and the overall dimensions are 87.5 x 80 x 58 in. A 1.5 in spoilboard is included, as is a dust collection shroud with a 3 in opening for the shop's own collector. Caster wheels that can be lowered let the table be rolled into place. It runs on 110 V at 15 to 20 A.
The standard software package is SheetCAM, InkScape, QCAD and CommandCNC, and Arclight describes the control software as industrial Linux. The controller can pause, fast forward, rewind and re-cut a part, which can save a panel when a bit breaks in the middle of a program. Wood, acrylic, plastic, foam, composites and phenolic are among the materials Arclight names. Buyers who need a full 4 x 8 sheet on the bed will not get it here, since the envelope is 60 in in each direction.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 60 x 60 in envelope with 5.5 in of Z, or 8.5 in with the high clearance gantry
- Dual-drive gantry with a 620 oz motor on each side, on Hiwin 20 mm precision linear guide rails
- Comes with a 2.25 hp variable speed router, a dust collection shroud and a 1.5 in spoilboard
- Standard software package of SheetCAM, InkScape, QCAD and CommandCNC
- Runs on 110 V at 15 to 20 A and weighs 825 lb
Limitations
- The 60 in envelope each way means a 4 x 8 sheet has to be cut down first
- The 2.25 hp router takes 1/4 in or 1/2 in collet bits, and router bits are sold separately
- Ships 98% assembled, so a little assembly remains after delivery

Frequently Asked Questions
01
A 2.25 hp variable speed router that accepts 1/4 in or 1/2 in collet bits, a dust collection shroud with a 3 in opening, a 1.5 in spoilboard and the standard software package of SheetCAM, InkScape, QCAD and CommandCNC. Router bits are sold separately.
02
The cutting envelope is 60 x 60 x 5.5 in with the standard gantry and 60 x 60 x 8.5 in with the high clearance gantry. The included spoilboard is 1.5 in thick, so check which gantry suits the thickest stock you plan to cut.
03
Overall dimensions are 87.5 x 80 x 58 in and the base is 73.5 x 79.5 in. The table weighs 825 lb, and it has caster wheels that can be lowered for rolling it. Table power is 110 V at 15 to 20 A.
04
Arclight names wood, acrylic, plastic, foam, composites and phenolic. The router is a 2.25 hp variable speed unit taking 1/4 in or 1/2 in collet bits, which sets the practical limit on cutter size and on depth of cut per pass.
