Sugino Machine is a Japanese industrial machinery maker that traces its roots to Sugino Cleaner Works, founded in Osaka in 1936 to make tube cleaners. Its machine tool line is the SELF-CENTER series of compact machining centers, launched in 1986 under the concept of small machines for small parts: #30 and #40 vertical and horizontal machines, turret type drilling and tapping centers and the multi-spindle GIGAFEEDER. The company also builds drilling and tapping units, water jet washing, deburring and cutting systems, and burnishing tools.
