Overview
The ShopSabre SideKick 12 is the largest SideKick plasma table, with a 78 x 146 in (1,981 x 3,708 mm) cut area for 6x12 plate. It gives a shop the biggest sheet format ShopSabre cuts with plasma without moving up to the servo-driven ShopMaster series.
Who needs a table this wide? Trailer and truck-body builders cutting deck and side panels, tank and hopper fabricators, and shops that nest long gussets and stringers. For them the gain is fewer remnants and fewer seams. A second use is throughput on smaller material: two 4x6 sheets, or a 4x8 and a stack of drops, can be laid side by side and cut in one program while the operator unloads the first.
