Overview

The Palmary OCD-2020P is the smallest machine in what Palmary calls its CNC plunge grinding series with angular wheelhead. It takes parts up to Ø200 mm (7.9 in) in diameter and just 200 mm (7.9 in) between centers, under a swing of Ø210 mm (8.3 in).

A plunge grinder with an angled wheelhead is built to finish a diameter and the adjoining shoulder in one infeed, so the parts are short and stepped: pump shafts, small spindles, valve spools, tool shanks.
