Overview
The Nakamura-Tome NTY3-100V is a three-turret, twin-spindle precision CNC multitasking lathe with ChronoCut technology. Three independent turrets each with Y-axis standard and up to 72 tool stations provide extraordinary simultaneous cutting paths for maximizing throughput on complex parts.
Twin opposed spindles handle 51 mm bar stock. ChronoCut optimizes idle time across all three turret paths enabling simultaneous roughing, finishing, and back-working. Each turret has Y-axis for off-center milling with driven tools. Fanuc 31i-B5 multi-channel control with NT Smart Guide.
