The Messer TMC4500 DB is the heaviest gantry in the maker's US range, a dual box-beam machine for plate up to 12 in (305 mm) thick. Cutting widths run from 12 ft to 28 ft (3.7 m to 8.5 m) and cutting lengths up to 200 ft (61.0 m). DB stands for the two process beams, which Messer says give the bending and torsional strength for any tool combination.

Thickness and tooling are what set it apart.
