Overview
The Citizen Miyano ABX-64SYY2 is a compact, dual-spindle CNC turning center with dual Y-axis and 64mm bar capacity. Twin turrets provide 24 tool positions with Y-axis on both sides.
Main spindle: 4,000 RPM (lower for larger bore), 15/11 kW. Sub-spindle: 5,000 RPM, 7.5/5.5 kW. Live tools: 6,000 RPM, 40 Nm. Max work length: 118mm. Rapid traverse: 16/30/12 m/min. FANUC 31i-B.
Dual Y-axis for off-center features on both ends of 64mm parts. More compact than BNE-65 machines. Bridges the gap between ABX-51SYY2 and BNE-65 series.
