The Citizen Cincom B16E-II is a compact Swiss-type automatic lathe with 16mm bar capacity, extending the B-series platform beyond the 12mm B12E range. The II designation indicates the entry-level configuration with 12 tool positions and no back spindle, making it the most affordable route into 16mm Swiss-type production from Citizen.
