The Palmary OCD-4260CAM is the only large-swing model among Palmary's CNC cam cylindrical grinders: Ø420 mm (16.5 in) over the table, Ø400 mm (15.7 in) of grinding diameter and 600 mm (23.6 in) between centers.

The extra swing is for parts whose non-round feature sits on a big body or far from the axis: large eccentrics, crank-type parts with a long throw, big polygon couplings and forming rolls with a lobed section. For plain cam lobes of ordinary size the OCD-3260CAM, with Ø320 mm (12.6 in) of swing, does the same job in a 4,250 kg (9,369 lb) machine. This one weighs 5,300 kg (11,684 lb).
