The GF Machining Solutions AgieCharmilles FORM X 400 is a premium sinker EDM designed for the most demanding precision mold and die applications. The FORM X 400 provides X/Y/Z travels of 400 x 300 x 350 mm with a maximum workpiece size of 820 x 582 x 250 mm and an 800 kg workpiece weight capacity. Despite its compact footprint, the machine integrates the full FORM X precision package: dielectric oil temperature stabilization to within ±0.5°C, the highest-resolution Intelligent Power Generator (IPG) configuration, and full ITM active thermal compensation.
