Despite its compact footprint, the machine integrates the full FORM X precision package: dielectric oil temperature stabilization to within ±0.5°C, the highest-resolution Intelligent Power Generator (IPG) configuration, and full ITM active thermal compensation. This combination enables surface finishes as fine as Ra 0.08 micron, approaching optical-quality surfaces directly from the EDM without manual polishing.
