The DN Solutions PUMA 3100 LSY is the top-of-the-line configuration in the 3100 Y-axis turning center platform: long bed, sub-spindle, and Y-axis on a 12-inch chuck with 30 kW (40 hp) and 1,123 Nm (828 ft-lb) of torque. It is built for shops that need to produce complex long parts with features on both ends and off-center milling — all in a single cycle without manual intervention.

The main spindle runs at up to 3,000 RPM with 30 kW of power, paired with the 12-inch chuck for maximum clamping force on larger workpieces. The sub-spindle operates at 4,000 RPM for backworking — backside turning, drilling, tapping, and finishing happen automatically after part transfer.
