Overview
The Miyano ABX-80SYY is listed for chuck work up to 350 mm (13.78 in) in diameter, the largest of the two-turret ABX models here, and pairs two spindles with two Y-axis turrets of 12 stations each under a Mitsubishi M80W dual-path control. It is not part of Citizen's current lineup, which makes it mainly a second-hand purchase.
Against the Miyano ABX-65SYY, which has the same 12+12 turret layout and the same 10,900kg weight, the ABX-80SYY is listed for 350 mm (13.78 in) of chuck work against 300 mm (11.81 in). Against the Miyano ABX-80THY it gives up the third turret, 24 stations instead of 36, and weighs 10,900kg rather than 11,300kg. If a part family needs Y-axis work at both ends but not three tools cutting at once, the two-turret machine is the simpler choice.
