Overview

The Citizen Cincom D25-VII is the higher-capability variant of the D25 compact Swiss-type platform with 25mm bar capacity. The VII designation offers 59 tool positions and B-axis function for combined machining that goes well beyond the D25-VIII.

Main spindle at 10,000 RPM with 3.7/5.5 kW. Gang rotary tools reach 9,000 RPM, and back spindle at 10,000 RPM with 2.2/3.7 kW. 59 tool positions with 16mm/19mm square turning tools and 25.4mm sleeves. Maximum machining length 250mm with guide bushing.

Drilling capacity 12mm on main spindle (M10 tapping), 10mm rotary (M8 tapping), 12mm back spindle (M10 tapping). Rapid traverse 32 m/min (24 m/min Z2). Machine weighs 3,450 kg with 13 kVA rated power (7.1 kVA average). B-axis function for angular machining. LFV available.
