Overview

The Bystronic Xpert 40 and Xpert 80 are compact, high-precision CNC press brakes. The Xpert 40 delivers 40 tons across 1 meter; the Xpert 80 provides 80 tons across 2 meters. Both use Bystronic’s servo-hydraulic drive with fast approach and precise positioning.

ByVision control with 22-inch touchscreen offers intuitive 3D bend simulation, auto sequencing, and collision detection. Ram repeatability ±0.01 mm. Approach speed up to 200 mm/sec.

Compact footprint for cells and tight layouts. Xpert 40: $80K-$120K new. Xpert 80: $120K-$180K new. Competitors: Amada EG series, Trumpf TruBend 2100, SafanDarley E-Brake.
