Citizen Miyano LZ-01

The Citizen Miyano LZ-01 is an ultra-compact precision CNC lathe designed for high-accuracy machining of small parts. The LZ series represents Citizen Miyano's smallest fixed-headstock platform, purpose-built for applications where micron-level precision on miniature components is the primary requirement. The machine's minimal footprint and focused design make it ideal for watch components, electronic connectors, small medical parts, and precision instrument components.

The LZ-01 features a high-speed spindle reaching 8,000 RPM, enabling efficient surface speeds even on very small diameter features. Despite the compact size, the spindle delivers enough power for productive cutting in brass, aluminum, free-machining steels, and engineering plastics—the materials most commonly used for miniature precision parts.
