Overview

The Citizen Cincom L32-VII is a 7-axis Swiss-type automatic lathe with 32mm bar capacity in the L32 platform family. It delivers core L-series Swiss capability—gang-tool-focused layout, LFV chip-breaking, dual spindles, and guide-bushless conversion—at a specification level below the current L32-X and L32-XII.

The main spindle reaches 8,000 RPM with 3.7/7.5 kW power, matched to the surface speed requirements of 32mm bar stock. The back spindle operates at 8,000 RPM with 2.2/3.7 kW. Maximum machining length is 320mm with guide bushing. The 39mm spindle through-hole accommodates standard 32mm bar with a 38mm oversize option.

As a 7-axis machine, the L32-VII provides essential multi-axis Swiss capability without the Y2-axis sub-spindle milling of higher-spec models. Up to 30 tools with gang rotary tools at 6,000 RPM cover the majority of standard 32mm Swiss part families. LFV chip-breaking is available. Rapid traverse runs at 32 m/min. At 2,900 kg with a 1,050mm center height, the L32-VII shares the same rigid cast-iron platform as higher-axis L32 variants.
