The direct-drive servo pump is the defining feature of the Servo i-Cut platform. Rather than using a hydraulic intensifier to amplify pressure, Techni's servo pump connects a high-torque servo motor directly to the high-pressure plunger, delivering operating pressures up to 60,000 psi (4,137 bar) with significantly lower energy draw and simpler maintenance requirements than intensifier-based systems. The servo motor's variable-speed capability allows the pump to modulate output pressure and flow in real time based on cutting demand, reducing energy waste during pierce cycles, corner deceleration, and idle periods.

The i-Cut gantry is built on a welded steel base with precision linear rail guides and servo-driven ball screw axes. The IGEMS CAM suite is included, providing true-shape nesting, automatic cutting parameter selection from a 1,000-plus material database, and direct program transfer to the CNC.
