Haco EKO 1250-20

The Haco EKO 1250-20 is an entry-level CNC punch press designed for fabricators who are transitioning from manual or semi-automatic punching to full CNC automation. With a 200 kN punching force and a 1,250 x 1,250 mm working envelope, it targets smaller shops, prototype fabricators, and training environments where right-sized capacity is more important than maximum throughput.

The EKO series represents Haco's value-tier punch press lineup, emphasizing simplicity, reliability, and low total cost of ownership over advanced features. The machine uses a proven hydraulic drive and a straightforward 20-station turret that accepts standard Thick Turret tooling. Its compact footprint — smaller than the Atlantic and PUMA series — makes it suitable for shops with limited floor space or those running multiple machines in parallel.

Despite its entry positioning, the EKO 1250-20 is equipped with a capable Haco CNC controller that handles standard punching, nibbling, and simple forming operations. Servo-driven X and Y axis movement delivers accurate sheet positioning at up to 60 m/min. The machine's control interface is designed for ease of use, reducing the learning curve for operators new to CNC punch press operation.

The EKO 1250-20 is often specified for educational facilities, vocational training centers, and light industrial operations where cycle time is less critical than part accuracy and machine reliability.
